 | Weigh in each Wednesday |
 | Website update every Thursday based on Wednesday weigh in (Unless the
administrator is away in which case it might be as late as Saturday!) |
 | Individual and team progress charts will be updated weekly |
 | NB the targets line is a little bit wobbly due to some rounding up and
down of the figures but is never more than a few grams out |
 | The winning team will be the team that makes the best progress relative to
their target weight loss (See explanation later) |
 | Its a team effort - if one loses more and another less its the net result
that counts |
 | Your individual targets are based on a weight loss curve which starts with
more rapid weight loss and tapers off nearer the Marathon |
 | The target weight loss rate is the same for all individuals relative to
how much you want to lose so if you only want to lose 3kg it will be
apportioned over the weeks to the race, however the heavier members of the
team can obviously make a greater dent in the overall target. |

 | There will be spot prizes at the discretion of thread members each week |
 | The losers buy all the drinks for the winners in Kennedy's |
 | There may be a weigh in in Kennedy's after the race. Anyone who
appears to have lied about their weight will be forced to buy ALL the drinks |
