Mr Happy

I continue to struggle to lose actual weight.  I get leaner
and my body fat is decreasing but I haven't succeeded in
getting any lighter.  I lost only 3kg before my summer holiday.

Just before Led Zeppelin played Knebworth

I had been working in an engineering works - hence the oil

I weighed 12 stone but had thin stick arms and with this hair was sometimes mistaken for an ugly girl.

After a couple of years working on farms and drinking beer I was a more hefty 13 stone
